The Challenge:
Some Magicfiber products were receiving emails and reviews from customers having problems with their cloths since they miss basic information on how to use them. This video is sent via email to customers upon purchase of their different Magicfiber products in order to educate the customers on the proper way to use and clean them in order to reduce confusion and poor reviews.
